2009 Holiday Lighting Contest

The Community Betterment division of the Chariton Chamber and Development Corporation had its annual Holiday Lighting Contest on December 14.  Each year members of the Community Betterment division tour the city to view holiday lighting displays nominated by area residents.

The winners of the Commercial display was Farm Bureau Financial Services, Residential first place was Kenny and Angie Mark, 2nd place residential was Carl Marshall, Children Choice Award was Jack and Betty Szerencse, and Darrell Besco Memorial Award was Carmen  Bellon.  Below is pictures of all the entries.
